We had a special guest at the Christmas Coin Club meeting -- Abraham Lincoln! I got to talk to him after his presentation, and I asked him if he had ever met George Washington. "You know, I'm not really Abraham Lincoln, right? But I do love George Washington, and I've read almost every book about him," he said.
It was really fun to meet him and talk with him! After the event was over, Abe came over to me and gave me a special "A" pin, which had been made from a 1853 quarter! He had worn the pin every time he dressed as Abe Lincoln for 5 years, so it was really special that he gave it to me.
